EPS – Effluent Pumping Station

The EPS system consists of a moulded one piece High Density Linear Polyethylene tank containing a submersible pump fitted with all necessary internal pipe work, quick release couplings, float switch, isolating valve, non return valve etc and complete with 110mm drain inlet coupling, discharge pipe coupling and a heavy duty galvanised inspection cover.

Standard effluent pumping systems are based on 1.5m deep tank with a 1000 litre tank, larger tanks are available.

A wide range of pumps can be fitted according to the application, these include macerators, cutter pumps and vortex pumps.

Dual pump systems are also available. Dual pumps operate alternately ensuring equal usage and automatically checking for correct operation. In the event of a failure or blockage an audible alarm or visual alarm can be triggered and the faulty pump can be removed for servicing without interrupting operation of the second pump.
